Refund policy

 

We offer a 14-day UK Return Policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to return an item in your order to us for a refund or exchange.

We offer a 21-day International Return Policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your order to return an item in your order to us for a refund or exchange. (Please note, International return requests must still be made within 14 days of receipt).

Please note we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items, gift cards or purchases made at in-person events.

Items Eligible for a Return

Items purchased directly from www.NAMEDcollective.com can be returned and issued with a refund, or alternatively exchanged, provided they arrive at our address within 14 days of delivery (21 days of delivery for international orders) and meet all other returns terms and conditions stated below. Items returned after this period will not be eligible for a refund or exchange and there will be a postage charge for returning the goods to the customer. Please note for returns, we can only refund the original cost of the item, you will not be refunded for any postage costs. Returned items that have been subject to free shipping will have our original delivery cost deducted from the amount refunded if the remaining basket value doesn't reach the threshold for free delivery. If a customer would like to return part of an order which originally included a free gift at checkout, they should the returned items make the total order value less than the threshold required to receive the gift, this must also be returned. If this is not returned with other items, please note the value of this item will be deducted from any refund issued for the order.

NAMED collective accepts unwashed, unworn and undamaged garments in their original packaging. Every aspect of the garment must be free from both signs of wear and personal odour/perfume. Items used for styling or any other form of content before returning will not be applicable for a refund. All items will be inspected upon return by our team and it is at their discretion as to whether the item is suitable for return. They must be unused and in the same condition as you received them, this includes being folded and placed in any garment bags that items may have been received in and with any tags or accessories still attached. Please note we do not accept returns or exchanges on gift cards or sale items, this includes any items purchased from our sample sales. Any goods returned to us that do not meet our returns and exchange policy requirements or are in an unsuitable condition will not be eligible for a refund or exchange and will be returned to the sender at the cost of the customer. Please note we cannot accept returns on swimwear if the hygiene seal has been broken or is no longer in place. Items must be unworn and unwashed with the original labels attached. 

Frequent returns or unusual pattern/activity will be flagged in our system. If we notice that our return policy is being abused or we identify unusual pattern/activity we may cancel or refuse current, future order(s) and returns.

Exchanges and Returns Instructions 

UK Returns:

In order for us to accept a return, your item must be returned to us in its original and unworn condition with all tags attached (if applicable). Inside your return parcel please include a note with your order number, so the team can identify your order.

All postage for returns is the responsibility of the customer. please send all return parcels via tracked mail as we cannot be held responsible for any lost items.

Uk Exchanges:

You have up to 14 days upon receiving the item to return all UK orders purchased on namedcollective.com. Please see below for exceptions / non-returnable items.

In order for us to accept an exchange, your item must be returned to us in its original and unworn condition with all tags attached (if applicable). Please note, we only offer exchanges for the same item in a different size. Inside your return parcel please include a note with your order number, so the team can identify your order.

All postage for returns is the responsibility of the customer. Please send all return parcels via tracked mail as we cannot be held responsible for any lost items. Please note we can only send the new exchange item(s) to the delivery address provided in your original order. If you’d like your exchange item (s) sent to an alternate address, please submit a standard return instead and re-order the new sizes to your preferred address.

Please note, if any item(s) requested for your exchange are/is out of stock at the time your exchange is processed, you will be automatically refunded instead so that you can purchase when your preferred size is back in stock!

International Returns:

You have up to 21 days upon receiving the item to return all international orders purchased on www.namedcollective.com. Please ensure you request your return within 14 days of receiving your order, to ensure that your parcel reaches us within the 21 days return period.

For international returns (orders returned from outside of the UK) please ensure the parcel is marked as “returned goods” on any necessary customs or postal forms. Failure to do so may delay the issue of any refund, or result in the shipment being returned. Additionally, any duties incurred due to incorrect customs declarations will be deducted from the refund due.

Refunds 

After a return or exchange has been requested and any item(s) has been returned to us, customers will receive a refund notification via email within 10 days of the return parcel being received, checked and confirmed as applicable for a refund. This will confirm a refund has been issued. Please note, refunds may take up to 5-10 days to process. This is out of our control and is dependent on the original payment method used.

Currency Conversion Refund Payments

Customers are able to pay for their order at www.NAMEDcollective.com in their selected chosen currency. Please note, refunds are processed in GBP (£) so the final amount paid out may show in selected currency as varying from the original payment amount. This is out of our control and is only applicable if the conversion rate has altered during the period between the refund and the original payment date.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Return / exchange requests made outside of the given timeframe

Requests for either a return or exchange that are made outside of the given timeframe will not be accepted. Should such a request be made due to a product fault, the final decision will be at the sole discretion of the team. If an exception is made under these terms, we will only ever be able to offer an exchange for the same product or store credit to the value of the item(s) in question. 

 

Product issue or damage

On the rare occasion that there is ever any sort of issue, factory fault or damage found on an item, you must get in touch as soon as you receive the product to inform us so we can evaluate the issue and find a suitable resolution. If you do not get in touch immediately before the item has been worn, we are unable to take responsibility for any damages or faults that may occur.


Delivery Issues

Please note, parcels can sometimes be delayed by factors out of our control. The estimated delivery times we provide are therefore not a guaranteed delivery period and should only be viewed as an estimate. We are unfortunately unable to offer any form of refund for missed or delayed delivery estimate windows. Once items are marked as delivered, we are not responsible for any subsequent loss or damage - this is deemed the customers' responsibility. By purchasing from namedcollective.com you are agreeing to the terms as outlined on this page and anywhere else defined on the site.
