Customers in Afghanistan, Burkina Faso, Bahrain, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Palestine and the United Arab Emirates: please note that we have temporarily paused shipping to these countries. Orders can only be sent to the address given at checkout so please make sure this is correct before purchasing. Please note orders placed after 3pm Noon on Fridays will be dispatched the following Monday ♡Returns:
We are happy to refund or exchange any item within 14 days of delivery. If 14 days (21 for international orders) have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn in it's original, undamaged, unwashed condition complete with the original packaging. If our customer care team feel any of these points are not met, it is at their discretion on whether the item is suitable for return. Should a refund be refused your item will be returned to you.
Please note we are unable to accept returns on any jewellery pieces including shoe charms and underwear sets or pieces for hygiene reasons.

International Duties & Taxes:
For some countries outside of the UK, additional import fees may need to be paid in order to release your order. Our parcels are sent DDU (Duties Delivered Unpaid) and unfortunately we can't be responsible for any import charges charged by your country's import laws, these are the responsibility of the customer to pay.
Please note, any orders that include items on pre-order will have a longer dispatch time than usual. The pre-order dispatch times are available to view on the product page under the price of each item. Please note there is no UK Delivery or Dispatch on UK bank holidays & Public Holidays.

You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information via email as soon as your order has been dispatched. If you cannot find your tracking information in your email inbox, please check your spam/junk folder!

If there is any issue with delivery, it is vital that customers contact us within 30 days of the order date so that we can effectively address the situation.
Outside of this period, unfortunately, we are unable to assist with any issues relating to the order.
We ship our packages DDU (duties delivered unpaid), and if an order is being delivered to an address outside of the UK, additional import fees may need to be paid in order to release your parcel. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for any additional import charges charged by your country's import laws, and those are the responsibility of the customer.
If these fees aren't paid by the customer and the order is safely returned to us, customers will be refunded the original order amount less postage fees and any additional duty and handling fees incurred. Please note we cannot be held responsible for any missing parcels or delayed parcels that are not safely delivered back to us that are a result of rejected parcels or failed customs and taxes payment attempts.

If you have provided the wrong delivery address on an order please contact us at hey@namedcollective.com immediately with the subject "Delivery address change" and if your order has not been fulfilled we may be able to make these changes, but this is not guaranteed.
